• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting its wagering requirements, or deliberately circumventing those conditions.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on, or using insider information about, any match with a predetermined outcome.

Foombet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during identity verification.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will not be returned. An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive, and a maintenance fee may apply.

Foombet places the highest importance on responsible betting. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. To support this, the following tools are always available on the platform:
